Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day construction-site activities and ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise and coordinate site engineers, foremen, laborers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare and monitor daily and weekly work plans to meet project deadlines.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports, weekly progress reports, and other project-related reports.
- Follow up on material requirements, procurement, deliveries, and site availability.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities for site inspections, including Dubai Municipality inspections.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Monitor labor productivity, manpower allocation, material consumption, and site progress.
- Identify site issues, resolve operational challenges, and report project delays to management.
- Coordinate with office, procurement, and project management teams to support timely execution.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in construction project and site management.
- Strong experience in building construction, villas, residential or commercial projects, or related contracting work.
- Ability to independently manage site teams, labor, materials, and project schedules.
- Experience handling client, consultant, and Dubai Municipality inspections.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, site execution, planning, and progress reporting.
- A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates must be available to work in Dubai, UAE.
Pay
- Pay is AED 8,000–12,000 per month.
