Responsibilities
- Supervise excavation, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, and finishing work.
- Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project schedules and daily targets.
- Read approved drawings and ensure work complies with specifications and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and other trades to resolve issues and arrange inspections.
- Enforce safety procedures, monitor progress, and maintain daily site records.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Civil Foreman on construction projects.
- ITI, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or relevant construction trade qualification preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of civil works, construction methods, and materials.
- Ability to interpret drawings, take site measurements, and estimate material requirements.
- Proven ability to supervise workers and coordinate multiple site activities.
- Good understanding of construction safety, quality standards, and progress reporting.
