Reviews plans and supports compliance for new healthcare facilities and renovation projects.
Responsibilities
- Review architectural and engineering plans against licensing requirements, standards, and regulations.
- Check designs against building codes, healthcare engineering guidelines, and safety standards.
- Conduct construction and renovation site inspections for compliance with approved designs and regulations.
- Compare plans with international standards and implement corrective actions.
- Integrate infection prevention, patient safety, and patient journey requirements into facility design and development.
- Develop and update facility design and construction guidelines and manuals.
- Assess facility locations and internal layouts for patient accessibility and operational efficiency.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
- No prior work experience is required.
