Role Description
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee day-to-day operations and ensure that iQue Global’s business strategies are translated into effective execution across all functions.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The COO will lead operational planning, optimize processes, and coordinate cross-functional teams to support venture growth, business development, talent solutions, and investment initiatives.
Responsibilities
include managing budget and resource allocation, tracking key performance indicators, and implementing operational frameworks that enable scalable and sustainable growth.
The COO will collaborate closely with the executive team on strategic initiatives, risk management, and market expansion, while fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with the organization’s mission and values.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Planning and strategic execution skills to translate vision into operational roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
- Proven expertise in Operations Management, including process optimization, cross-functional coordination, and performance management.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risk, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Solid understanding of Finance and Budgeting to manage P&L, allocate resources, and ensure financial discipline.
- Extensive senior leadership experience in high-growth, multi-stakeholder environments, ideally in venture-building, consulting, or related fields.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style.
- Experience operating in international or multicultural contexts; familiarity with the Middle East market is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
