Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Chief Operational Officer (COO).
The COO will oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
Responsibilities
include supervising business planning, optimizing operational processes, managing budgets, and ensuring financial health.
The COO will play a key role in decision-making, resource allocation, and driving business growth by collaborating with stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Planning and strategic implementation
- Demonstrated skills in Operations Management and the ability to optimize processes
- Proven Analytical Skills to assess performance, interpret data, and provide actionable insights
- Knowledge of Finance and Budgeting for effective fiscal management and planning
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to inspire and manage diverse teams
- Proficiency in managing relationships with stakeholders and driving organizational change
- Relevant professional qualifications or an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred
- Experience in management roles within the consulting or financial services industry is advantageous
