We are hiring a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for one of our portfolio projects, currently ranked among the Top 200 crypto projects on CoinMarketCap (CMC).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall operational strategy and execution of the project.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 and Tier-2 crypto exchanges for listing opportunities.
- Drive institutional growth initiatives, including onboarding institutional investors and ETF-related partnerships.
- Represent the project at global crypto events, conferences, and networking sessions.
- Host events and manage public appearances on behalf of the project.
- Deliver presentations, partnership pitches, and strategic business communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, exchanges, and investors to support project expansion.
- Support strategic growth, ecosystem partnerships, and market positioning initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operational leadership roles within crypto/Web3 projects.
- Strong network and direct connections with leading centralized exchanges.
- Experience working with institutional investors, funds, or ETF-related onboarding processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Experience representing projects at international crypto events and conferences.
- Strong understanding of the Web3, blockchain, and digital asset ecosystem.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai (the role is not remote).
Preferred
- Previous experience with Top 200 CMC projects or large-scale Web3 ecosystems.
- Existing relationships with exchanges, market makers, VCs, and institutional partners.
- Experience scaling crypto projects globally.
Compensation
Base salary: Around $150k/year + bonus and tokens.
