About Alpine
Alpine Furniture and Fixtures LLC is a Dubai-based joinery company producing high-quality furniture and bespoke fixtures.
As we scale, we are looking for a hands-on leader to run the factory and drive the commercial growth of the business in equal measure.
The Mandate
This is a dual-engine leadership role.
As Factory Chief Operating Officer, you will run the plant and own the number - keeping the factory efficient, profitable, and delivering on time, while personally driving sales and bringing in the work that keeps it busy.
This is a management and sales role for someone who leads from the floor and closes from the front.
If you have spent a career running joinery or manufacturing operations, know how to turn a factory into a tight, profitable machine, and can also win the business that fills its order book - this role is built for you.
What You'll Own
- Run the full factory operation - production, planning, quality, procurement, and delivery - against clear efficiency and profitability targets.
- Personally drive sales and business development, winning joinery and fixtures projects and keeping the order book full.
- Own the commercial number: revenue, margin, and on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Build and lead the operations and production teams, setting the standard for performance, discipline, and output.
- Develop and protect key client, developer, and contractor relationships across the UAE.
- Drive cost control, capacity planning, and continuous improvement across the plant.
- Negotiate with clients and suppliers to protect both win rate and margin.
- Report performance, forecasts, and market intelligence directly to the Managing Director and Board.
What You Bring
- 20+ years of experience, with a proven track record in factory / manufacturing operations leadership - ideally in joinery, furniture, fit-out, or fixtures.
- A strong sales and commercial background, with the ability to personally win work and own targets.
- Proven success running a factory as a profitable, target-driven operation.
- Arabic speaking is an advantage.
- Valid driving license **(mandatory).**
- Age below 50, with the energy and presence to lead a plant and a market at the same time.
- A hands-on, results-first leader who takes full ownership of both the operation and the number.
