Job Overview
El Grafico Ads Doha is seeking a strategic and innovative Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the company’s marketing vision and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for an experienced marketing leader with a strong track record in brand development, digital marketing, and strategic campaigns.
The CMO will be responsible for overseeing marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, and delivering impactful campaigns that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Lead branding, advertising, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI.
- Build and lead high-performing marketing teams.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape.
- Drive innovation and creative excellence in marketing efforts.
- Strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in senior marketing leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and campaign management.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
