Chief Marketing Officer
About This Role
We are currently recruiting a Group Chief Marketing Officer, on behalf of a leading UAE-based luxury and lifestyle group.
This is a strategic executive leadership role responsible for driving brand growth, customer engagement, digital transformation, commercial performance, and marketing effectiveness across a diversified portfolio of businesses.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing integrated marketing and customer strategies
• Driving CRM, loyalty, digital, AI, and data-led marketing initiatives
• Leading brand positioning, customer experience, and revenue growth strategies
• Managing large-scale omnichannel campaigns and international market expansion
• Partnering closely with executive leadership, sales, and operations teams to drive commercial outcomes
We are particularly interested in senior leaders with:
• 20+ years of marketing leadership experience
• Strong UAE/GCC market exposure
• Proven success in brand transformation and commercial growth
• Experience across luxury, hospitality, retail, lifestyle, destination, entertainment, consumer, or related sectors
• Strong digital, CRM, performance marketing, and customer engagement capabilities
