  • As Chief Marketing Officer | CMO , you will be the driving force behind Ecomma’s growth engine. Your mission is simple: build and lead a lean, high-performance marketing machine that significantly increases the number of qualified leads entering our pipeline across the UAE and US markets.

This is a highly commercial and performance-focused role. You will take ownership of our paid media, email marketing, social media, SEO, events, and broader demand generation strategy, with the clear goal of doubling qualified lead volume over time. You will work closely with our CCO, COO and leadership team to ensure marketing directly supports sales growth and revenue outcomes.

We are looking for a CMO with a strong online marketing and paid media background. Someone who understands how to win in high-ticket markets, how to build a team, how to move fast, and how to use AI tools and workflows to create a lean and highly effective marketing department.

What you will do

  • Own Lead Generation Strategy: Take full ownership of the marketing strategy across the UAE and US markets, with the primary goal of doubling the amount of qualified leads entering our pipeline.
  • Drive Paid Media Performance: Lead and optimize performance across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant paid acquisition channels. You know how to allocate budget, test fast, improve CAC, and scale what works.
  • Build a High-Performance Marketing Team: Lead the setup and management of a lean but effective team, including performance marketers, a social media manager, a creative/editor, and additional junior or intern support where needed.
  • Align Closely with Sales: Work side by side with the CCO and commercial team to improve lead quality, conversion rates, campaign messaging, market feedback loops, and overall pipeline performance.
  • Own Email Marketing & Lifecycle: Build and improve email marketing across lead nurturing, follow-up, reactivation, and broader lifecycle campaigns to increase conversion from lead to call to deal.
  • Own Social Media Growth: Build a stronger social media presence that supports authority, trust, brand awareness, and inbound demand. Translate content into commercial results.
  • Launch and Scale SEO: Establish SEO as an owned growth channel. Build the strategy, priorities, content direction, and execution process to improve long-term inbound lead generation.
  • Lead Events and Launches: Own the planning and execution of events, launch moments, and other brand-building initiatives that help generate attention, authority, and qualified commercial opportunities.
  • Implement AI-First Workflows: Bring an AI-first mindset to the marketing department by using AI tools, automations, and systems to improve speed, output, testing, reporting, and team efficiency.
  • Track Performance Relentlessly: Set clear KPIs and reporting structures across all channels. You understand that marketing exists to generate measurable business outcomes, not vanity metrics.
  • Improve Messaging and Positioning: Continuously refine our offers, campaigns, landing pages, creative direction, and growth messaging to improve qualified lead volume and performance across the funnel.
  • Create a Scalable Growth Engine: Build a marketing function that is structured, repeatable, lean, and able to scale alongside the company as we continue to grow.

We operate using Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion. Thus, familiarity and hands-on experience with these platforms are important for this role. The candidate should be fluent in English, with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. A strong commercial instinct, analytical thinking, fast execution, and high ownership are essential.

Tools in use may include Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, Mailchimp and email tools, reporting dashboards, landing page tools, and AI platforms that improve output, speed, and efficiency.

What you bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing leadership, ideally in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven experience scaling qualified leads through channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO, and content/social.
  • A strong background in paid media and online demand generation, with clear evidence that you know how to turn spend into pipeline.
  • Experience leading and managing marketing teams, including performance marketers, creatives, and cross-functional contributors.
  • A highly commercial mindset. You understand how marketing should directly support revenue, sales performance, and business growth.
  • Experience working in high-ticket, lead generation, investor, acquisition, ecommerce, or similar performance-driven environments is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence with reporting, attribution, testing, and decision-making based on data.
  • An AI-first mindset. You actively use AI tools, workflows, and automations to improve marketing output, team efficiency, and speed of execution.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple channels, campaigns, and priorities at the same time.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales, leadership, and creative teams.
  • A hands-on mentality. You are strategic, but you are also willing to execute, test, fix, and improve directly when needed.
  • High standards, strong ownership, and the ability to build a lean and mean team that performs.
  • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to conducting business with integrity.
