Job Description
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organisation's goals.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting requirements.
- Provide strategic guidance on investment opportunities and risk management.
- Lead and manage the accounting and finance department.
- Monitor and control cash flow, costs, and financial performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
The Successful Applicant
- A successful CFO should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Ability to communicate in German to business standard.
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Experience in B2B services is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
