Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer / Board of Directors
Package: AED 900,000 to AED 1,800,000 total compensation
The Role
The Chief Financial Officer is a core member of the executive leadership team, responsible for the financial health, strategic direction, and long-term fiscal integrity of the organisation.
Operating within one of the world's most dynamic financial centres, this role requires a commercially astute leader who can balance complex regulatory requirements, investor relations, and ambitious growth targets simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full financial strategy of the organisation including capital allocation, treasury, tax, and risk management across multiple jurisdictions.
Own the relationship with the board, investors, and key financial stakeholders, presenting performance and forecasts with clarity and confidence.
Drive financial planning and analysis across all business units, ensuring leadership has the intelligence to make well-informed commercial decisions.
Oversee compliance with DIFC, ADGM, or relevant GCC regulatory frameworks.
Lead and develop a high-performing finance function.
Partner closely with the CEO on fundraising, M and A activity, and strategic transactions.
Maintain banking relationships and manage liquidity across the group.
The Person
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent) with a minimum of 15 years experience, at least five of which at CFO or Deputy CFO level.
Significant experience operating in the GCC is strongly preferred.
You will be commercially minded as well as technically excellent, comfortable at board level, and credible with sophisticated institutional investors.
Experience
