Overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** to lead the company’s financial operations, business planning, and transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in financial leadership, process improvement, and driving organizational growth in fast-paced environments.
The CFO will work closely with the executive team to oversee financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency.
This role will also lead finance transformation projects, including systems improvement, automation, and process optimization.
**Salary:** 40, 000 to 60, 000 AED (To be discuss during the interview)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and reporting
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
- Drive finance transformation and process improvements
- Strengthen internal controls and governance
- Partner with leadership to support business growth and profitability
- Lead and develop the finance team
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior finance leadership or CFO role
- Strong background in finance transformation and business optimization
- Experience in media, events, entertainment, production, or related industries is highly preferred
- Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- CPA, ACCA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent qualification preferred
