Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** to oversee all financial aspects of our business.
The ideal candidate will bring both strategic vision and operational expertise to help us scale efficiently while maintaining profitability and financial health.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing actionable insights.
- Manage cash flow, capital structure, and investment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance.
- Lead financial reporting to owners, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Partner with the leadership team on strategic decisions, including expansion, new services, and partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising service quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior financial leader (preferably in retail, hospitality, or service industries).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, corporate finance, and financial modeling.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Track record of driving profitability and sustainable growth.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with multi-location operations is a plus.
- CPA, MBA, or equivalent financial qualification preferred.
