- Structurer et piloter le
P&L
- Suivre et anticiper le
- cashflow
- Produire des
- projections de CA et de commissions
- **Analyser la performance & les marges par offre**
- Préparer les
- audits
- Mettre en place des
- process financiers fiables et lisibles
- Tu accompagneras une équipe de bookkeepers, avec un rôle clé de structuration et amélioration continue des opérations financières :
- Vérification des paiements clients vs CRM (matching offres, remboursements)
- Rapprochements financiers & contrôle d’exactitude
- Calcul des commissions
- Suivi des factures prestataires & contrôle des coûts agences
- Supervision des virements
- Suivi des factures sortantes
- Tu dois être capable de comprendre, vérifier et fiabiliser l’ensemble de ces flux.
- Ton profil
- Expérience en tant que
- CFO / Head of Finance / profil senior en finance
- Expérience en
- supervision d’équipe finance / bookkeeping
- Très bonne compréhension des modèles avec
- commissions variables
- **Rigueur extrême**
- et sens du détail

- capacité d’analyse
- et de structuration
