Overview
Food Quest, Dubai, is the multi-brand restaurant platform of National Holding (Abu Dhabi).
Our portfolio includes ALBAIK in the UAE and Joe & The Juice across Turkey and Spain, with a strong pipeline of new brands and territories — including planned expansion across the GCC and Europe.
We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially sharp CFO to lead our group finance function and partner with the CEO and Board to drive the next phase of growth.
The Role
- Lead a 15–20 person finance team across accounting, FP&A, treasury, and reporting.
- Drive capital raising, capital structure, and investor relations.
- Own unit- and brand-level profitability, CapEx discipline, and new-market launches.
- Lead M&A and master-franchise finance across existing markets and pipeline.
- Work in close partnership with the finance teams at National Holding and EIIC.
- What we’re looking for
- 8+ years in senior finance leadership (CFO / Group FD / VP Finance) within QSR, fast-casual, or multi-unit restaurant groups.
- Capital raising and investor relations experience with banks, private equity, and institutional investors.
- Multi-entity, multi-currency capital structure expertise.
- Strong operational finance grounding — prime cost, unit economics, CapEx, and FP&A.
- Master-franchise or multi-territory franchise finance experience.
- IFRS and UAE regulatory fluency; European multi-unit experience preferred.
- Holding-company or sponsor-backed environment experience strongly valued.
- Based in Dubai.
- Reports to the CEO of Food Quest, with a close working interface to the Group CFO at National Holding.
