Key Responsibilities

• **Financial Strategy:** Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s objectives, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
• **Financial Reporting:** Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• **Risk Management:** Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring the company’s assets are protected and financial processes are compliant with regulatory standards.
• **Leadership:** Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the team is aligned with corporate goals.
• **Investment Planning:** Provide insight on capital structure, investment opportunities, and financing options to optimize the company's financial performance.
• **Collaboration with Leadership:** Work closely with the CEO and other executives to provide financial insights that will guide strategic business decisions.
• **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or similar leadership role in a related industry (ideally trading, manufacturing, or distribution).
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
• In-depth understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and risk management.
• Experience in strategic financial planning, business forecasting, and managing complex financial operations.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
