Overview
Capital Ambulance UAE is seeking an experienced Chief Finance Officer with a strong background in the UAE healthcare sector and a solid understanding of medical operations.
The ideal candidate will lead financial strategy, ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, and support executive and board-level decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulators
- Oversee financial reporting, audits, and internal controls
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk
- Supervise revenue cycle and reimbursement processes
- Present financial insights and strategies to the CEO and Board of Directors
- Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency
- Lead and develop the finance team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (MBA or CPA)
- 8–15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role such as CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and reimbursement models
- Experience working with Boards of Directors
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare systems in the UAE
- Track record in scaling organizations or leading financial transformation
