Lead the kitchen team and oversee daily food preparation and production.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily kitchen operations, food preparation, and production.
- Lead, train, and manage chefs and kitchen staff.
- Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Oversee meat preparation, marination, BBQ products, and catering orders.
- Plan production, kitchen workflow, and order deadlines.
- Monitor food costs, inventory, stock rotation, and waste reduction.
- Maintain HACCP and UAE food safety compliance.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and operations departments.
- Ensure kitchen equipment maintenance and cleanliness.
- Monitor staff performance, productivity, and efficiency.
Qualifications and requirements
- At least five years of professional kitchen experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Proven experience as a Chef, Head Chef, or Kitchen Supervisor.
- Strong experience in Arabic cuisine, grilled meats, BBQ, and food preparation.
- Central kitchen, catering, or large-scale food production experience is highly preferred.
- Strong cooking skills and knowledge of recipes, food quality, and portion control.
- Leadership, team management, and organizational skills are required.
- Knowledge of food costing, inventory management, and waste control is required.
- HACCP and food safety knowledge is essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production requirements.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,200–5,200 per month.
