Hiring professional and helper butchers for retail butchery operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The role is full time according to the job title, while the stated job type is contract.
Butcher duties
- Cut and portion beef, lamb, and chicken into mince, cubes, steaks, and barbecue cuts.
- Maintain display quality, label products, follow FIFO stock rotation, and maintain hygiene.
Helper butcher duties
- Pack and label products, provide basic preparation support, clean, organize stock, and assist senior butchers.
Requirements
- English communication is required; Tagalog is a strong plus.
- Butcher applicants need at least 2 years of experience; retail experience is preferred.
- Food-handling or butchery experience is a plus for helper applicants.
- Shift and weekend flexibility is required; immediate joiners are preferred.
- UAE residence or a transferable visa is preferred.
Pay
- Helper butcher pay is AED 2,000–2,500.
- Professional butcher pay is AED 2,500–2,800.
- The posting also lists pay of AED 2,000–2,500 per month.
