Experienced Accounting Manager role leading the accounting team and overseeing the company's financial operations.
Key requirements
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP Accounting & Finance modules is mandatory.
- Experience in F&B, retail, or food distribution is preferred.
Accounting and financial operations
- Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and efficiency.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Develop annual budgets, monitor expenditure, and analyze budget versus actual results.
- Analyze performance, identify variances, and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage cash flow, financial forecasting, and expense control.
- Ensure effective Odoo ERP use for accounting and financial reporting.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax regulations, and applicable accounting standards.
- Establish and improve internal controls, accounting procedures, and reporting processes.
- Present financial analysis, KPIs, and recommendations to senior management.
- Coordinate with external auditors and relevant stakeholders.
Pay
- Pay is AED 8,000–12,000 per month.

- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi.
