Join the bakery production team as an experienced Chef de Partie.
Prepare bakery and pastry products to company recipes and quality standards while maintaining food safety and hygiene requirements.
Production duties
- Prepare and produce bakery, pastry, cakes, and other assigned products.
- Follow approved recipes, production methods, and portion standards.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, texture, and presentation.
- Organize daily production and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Handle and store ingredients properly, monitor ingredient usage, and minimize wastage.
Hygiene and team support
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and equipment.
- Follow GMP, HACCP, food safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Assist the senior chef or production manager with production planning and new product trials.
- Support and guide Commis Chefs and Kitchen Helpers when required.
- Report quality, equipment, or ingredient issues to the supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a bakery, pastry kitchen, or food-production environment.
- Good knowledge of bakery and pastry production.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Pay
- AED 1,299.87 to AED 2,500 per month.
