The company operates a bakery production unit in Dammam producing a variety of bakery items.
The Chef will support the Head Chef with bakery preparation and production, daily operations, product quality, and a clean, organized kitchen environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef with preparation and production of bakery items.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications directed by the Head Chef.
- Prepare food items in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following health and safety standards.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Participate in kitchen cleaning duties and maintain equipment properly.
Qualifications
- Arabic language is compulsory.
- A diploma or certification in culinary arts or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Work location is in person.
