Position
Assistant Counter Salesman at a provider of hardware, building materials, and construction materials.
Responsibilities
- Assist counter customers with product information and suggestions based on their requirements.
- Maintain the cash register and process sales transactions.
- Sort and stock merchandise and monitor inventory levels.
- Support customer satisfaction and resolve complaints.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
Experience and skills
- One year of hardware and building-materials experience is required.
- Sales experience is preferred, particularly in hardware or building materials.
- Good knowledge of hardware and construction materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle customer queries efficiently.
- Proficiency in using cash registers.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 1,800 per month.
Work arrangement
- Work is in person.
