Full-time, permanent Branch Head & Sales role based in Riyadh, KSA.
Company trades stainless steel, hardware, building materials, construction items, and machine tools.
Branch operations
- Oversee daily branch operations for efficiency, profitability, and compliance.
- Ensure company policy, procedure, and local regulatory compliance.
- Monitor inventory, coordinate procurement, maintain quality control, and coordinate timely deliveries.
- Lead, supervise, train, and manage the performance of branch staff.
Business development and sales
- Identify business opportunities, grow revenue, retain clients, and secure repeat business.
- Conduct market and competitor research; meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare proposals, sales presentations, and commercial agreements; maintain activity and project records.
- Collaborate with marketing on promotions and represent the company at industry events and networking forums.
Qualifications and skills
- Proven operations management and business development experience in hardware, building materials, construction items, or machine tools.
- Strong knowledge of KSA, UAE, Oman, and Bahrain markets.
- Strong organization, leadership, multitasking, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and business development tools.
- Valid KSA driving license is mandatory; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field is required.
Preferred attributes
Proactive, self-motivated, commercially driven, and strong at problem-solving with attention to detail.
Able to work independently and as part of a team; willingness to travel as required.
