The Opportunity

SpiderSilk is seeking a Regional Channel Manager to lead partner growth and revenue generation across the UAE.

This role will be responsible for expanding and strengthening our partner ecosystem, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, and creating new business opportunities through strategic channel relationships.

Working closely with regional sales leadership, marketing, and customer-facing teams, you will play a key role in accelerating market adoption and delivering measurable revenue growth across the Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the regional channel strategy in partnership with sales leadership, ensuring alignment on revenue goals, pipeline growth, and market expansion.
  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with key channel partners, distributors, resellers, and strategic alliances across the UAE and wider GCC.
  • Drive partner-led demand generation activities, including joint marketing campaigns, partner enablement initiatives, and co-selling programs.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop new channel partners to expand SpiderSilk's market reach.
  • Work closely with internal marketing and sales support teams to maximise partner engagement, productivity, and overall channel performance.
  • Monitor and analyse partner performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, pipeline conversion, and revenue outcomes.
  • Develop targeted partner plans based on market segments, industries, product offerings, revenue potential, and strategic priorities.
  • Deliver training, product updates, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to ensure partners are equipped to position and sell SpiderSilk solutions effectively.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and regular reporting on channel activities and business performance.
  • Represent SpiderSilk at industry events, partner engagements, and technology forums, building brand awareness and strengthening strategic relationships across the region.
