Role summary

The CEO will set strategy, lead execship, operational excel fundraising/ investor relations (if applicable), and strong culture-building capabilities.

Key responsibilities

Define and communicate the company’s strategic vision and priorities; translate strategy into measurable annual and multi-year plans.

Lead, coach, and scale the executive leadership team; recruit top talent and create succession plans.

Oversee company operations, ensuring efficient processes, strong KPIs, and accountability across functions (product, sales, marketing, finance, engineering, ops, HR).

Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and customer acquisition/retention strategies.

Manage the company’s financial health: budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and reporting to the board.

Build and maintain relationships with the board of directors, investors, partners, and key customers.

Represent the company publicly: media, conferences, industry events, and key negotiations.

Ensure legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements are met.

Champion company culture, diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee engagement.

Lead M&A, fundraising, or strategic partnership initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a CEO, President, or senior executive (e.g., COO, GM) with P&L responsibility; 10+ years in leadership roles preferred.
  • Experience scaling teams and operations in [industry — e.g., SaaS, fintech, healthcare, manufacturing].
  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and operational improvements.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and investor relations; experience raising capital a plus.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working with a board of directors and governance best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Values-driven leader with high integrity and commitment to building inclusive culture.
  • Success metrics (first 12 months)
  • Deliver on agreed revenue and profitability targets.
  • Build/outsource a complete leadership team and establish clear KPIs.
  • Improve operational efficiency (reduced costs or improved margins by X% — set target).
  • Strengthen investor and partner relationships; secure necessary funding or strategic deals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR300.00 - QAR720.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
