Role Summary
We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven Founder/CEO to lead the startup’s strategy, growth, fundraising, and day-to-day leadership. The ideal candidate will define the company’s direction, build a high-performing team, and drive the business from early stage to scale. A startup CEO is responsible for setting vision, leading the team, securing funding, and representing the company to investors, partners, and customers.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the company vision, mission, and growth strategy.
- Lead fundraising efforts and manage investor relationships.
- Build, manage, and motivate the founding and leadership team.
- Oversee product development, go-to-market planning, and business execution.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Establish partnerships with customers, suppliers, advisors, and strategic stakeholders.
- Represent the company in meetings, events, media, and public forums.
- Set company culture and ensure accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a founder, startup leader, executive, or senior operator.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with fundraising, strategy, and business development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, uncertain, high-growth environment.
- Understanding of product, finance, operations, and market expansion.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA or relevant experience is a plus.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: QAR18.00 - QAR77.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
