Role Overview
The COO will be responsible for managing the company’s operational functions, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and alignment with strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership, hospitality expertise, and the ability to foster a culture of excellence across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all hotel properties and business units.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define long-term business goals.
- Ensure compliance with Qatari hospitality regulations and international standards.
- Lead and mentor management teams to achieve performance targets.
- Drive guest satisfaction initiatives and maintain service excellence.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and expansion in the hospitality sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or hotel management, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
- Strong knowledge of Qatari hospitality regulations and international best practices.
- Proven track record of operational excellence and business growth.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
