As we expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Chief Operating Officer (COO)** to lead our organizational strategy, oversee daily operations, and drive sustainable growth.
Role Overview
The **COO** will be responsible for managing the company’s operational functions, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and alignment with strategic goals.
This role requires strong leadership, hospitality expertise, and the ability to foster a culture of excellence across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all hotel properties and business units.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to define long-term business goals.
- Ensure compliance with Qatari hospitality regulations and international standards.
- Lead and mentor management teams to achieve performance targets.
- Drive guest satisfaction initiatives and maintain service excellence.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and expansion in the hospitality sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or hotel management, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
- Strong knowledge of Qatari hospitality regulations and international best practices.
- Proven track record of operational excellence and business growth.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
