CCTV Operator in Loss Prevention & Security at the property in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Security and loss prevention duties
- Patrol the property, assist guests with room access, and lock entrances when required.
- Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm, duress alarm, and fire life safety systems.
- Conduct daily physical hazard inspections and respond to safety hazards.
- Respond to accidents and emergencies; contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required.
- Assist guests and employees in emergencies, notify appropriate individuals, defuse disturbances, and call for outside assistance when needed.
- Complete incident reports and loss prevention shift summaries or daily activity reports.
- Escort unwelcome persons from the property and report vehicle accidents or thefts.
- Investigate incidents, gather evidence, and interview relevant parties.
- Keep security and property reports confidential and share them only with authorized individuals.
Preferred qualifications and experience
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is listed as necessary.
- No license or certification is specified; some locations may have additional licensing or registration requirements.
Work capabilities
- Duties require extended standing, sitting, or walking, and the ability to move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance and over 75 pounds with assistance.
- Duties may require visual inspection, computer use, responding at speed, and movement through confined, elevated, uneven, or slippery spaces and stairs.
General expectations
Follow company policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions, complete safety training, maintain professional appearance, and protect company assets.
Provide courteous guest service, communicate clearly, prepare accurate written documents, and work positively with others.
Comply with quality assurance standards and perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.
