Overview

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Cashier with experience in luxury hospitality to manage guest billing and payment transactions with accuracy, efficiency, and excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all guest billing, payments, and transactions accurately
  • Process cash, credit card, and other payment methods securely
  • Ensure correct posting of charges in the POS system
  • Reconcile daily sales and prepare cashier reports
  • Assist guests with billing inquiries in a professional manner
  • Coordinate with front office and restaurant teams for smooth operations
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial transactions
  • Follow company policies and financial procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a cashier in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
