Overview
We are seeking a professional, well-groomed, and guest-oriented **Waiter** with experience in luxury hotels or high-end hospitality environments.
The ideal candidate will provide outstanding service, ensuring an exceptional and seamless dining experience while consistently maintaining the brand’s high standards of quality, elegance, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests courteously, creating a welcoming and memorable first impression
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and offer informed menu recommendations when appropriate
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally in accordance with luxury service standards
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and special dietary requirements
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns professionally, escalating when required
- Ensure tables, service stations, and equipment are clean, organized, and properly prepared
- Support VIP guests, special events, and private dining services as needed
- Adhere to hygiene, safety, and operational standards at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a **Waiter** in a luxury hotel or a fine dining restaurant.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Polished appearance with a professional and attentive attitude
Experience
- Waiter in Luxury hospitality: 3 years (Required)
