of We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie – Pastry & Bakery with strong experience in luxury hospitality to oversee pastry and bakery preparation within a high-end kitchen.
The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional quality, consistency, and presentation of all baked and pastry items in line with fine dining standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily pastry and bakery production
- Prepare high-quality desserts, pastries, breads, and baked goods
- Ensure consistency, presentation, and adherence to luxury standards
- Assist in menu development and seasonal creations
- Maintain hygiene, food safety (HACCP), and kitchen cleanliness
- Manage mise en place and ensure smooth service operation
- Monitor stock levels and reduce waste through proper control
- Train and guide junior pastry staff and commis chefs
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections for timely service delivery
Requirements
- 4–6 years experience in pastry/bakery within luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants, with proven experience as Chef de Partie in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of modern and classical pastry techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced luxury kitchen
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- HACCP and food safety knowledge required
