We are looking for an experienced Sandwich Maker from a fine dining or luxury hotel background to prepare high-quality gourmet sandwiches and cold items with excellent presentation and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble gourmet sandwiches as per fine dining standards
- Ensure high-quality presentation, taste, and portion control
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the workstation
- Follow food safety (HACCP) standards
- Manage ingredient freshness and stock rotation
- Support kitchen team during service
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fine dining or luxury hotel kitchen
- Experience in cold kitchen / sandwich preparation
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and presentation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with attention to detail
Experience
- Sandwich Maker in a luxury hospitality: 3 years (Required)
