We are seeking an experienced Head Barista from a luxury hospitality background to lead our coffee operations and deliver exceptional specialty coffee experiences.
The ideal candidate will ensure consistency, quality, and presentation while maintaining the highest standards of service in a premium environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily coffee and beverage operations in line with luxury service standards
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee, ensuring consistency and excellence in every cup
- Train, supervise, and mentor barista team members
- Develop and maintain beverage recipes, menus, and seasonal offerings
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of coffee equipment
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control of coffee-related products
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards
- Engage with guests and deliver a personalized, high-end coffee experience
- Coordinate with F&B management to enhance guest satisfaction
Requirements
- 4–6 years experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or premium café environments
- Previous experience as Senior Barista or Head Barista preferred
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing methods, and latte art
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment
