Compensation
- Salary is QAR 5,500–6,500 per month.

- Employment type is full-time.
Responsibilities
- Process authorized cash, card, and other payments for hospital services and charges; collect payments under hospital procedures.
- Generate receipts, confirmations, invoices, and transaction documents; verify billing details and resolve discrepancies with reception and registration.
- Answer patient and family payment questions and explain charges under hospital policies.
- Operate POS terminals, cash registers, billing software, and electronic payment systems.
- Maintain collection, refund, receipt, and transaction records; reconcile cash drawers and report discrepancies.
- Handle authorized refunds, adjustments, and cancellations; coordinate with finance on billing errors and outstanding balances.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; related accounting, finance, or business diploma or certificate is an advantage.
- Experience handling payments, receipts, cash reconciliation, and transaction records; cashier or billing experience is preferred.
- Healthcare or customer-facing service experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling, payment processing, billing, and financial recordkeeping.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash registers, billing software, Excel, or computerized payment systems.
- Numerical accuracy, attention to detail, professional communication, customer service, and confidentiality are required.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and follow reporting and escalation procedures.
