CAFM and Contract Support Analyst supporting the Syngenta Europe account within CBRE Global Workplace Solutions.
Provides CAFM administration and operational support, including preparation of contract-governance deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Manage geographical and technical data in the CAFM system and advise sites on asset data structures and standards.
- Cleanse and enhance data to improve compliance, reporting, and management information.
- Submit data-load requests for asset changes and additional scope.
- Provide first-line CAFM support, handle access requests, and train users on CAFM and associated applications.
- Prepare ad hoc, operational, and governance reports; develop and distribute support documents.
- Support work-order management and closure at European sites.
- Help teams improve KPI/SLA performance and follow up failures, customer scores, and corrective actions.
Requirements and experience
- Bachelor's degree and at least five years of process improvement, project management, or related experience.
- CAFM experience is required; experience with other CAFM platforms is important. Training is available for IFM Hub.
- Proven customer service experience and operational experience in a diverse, complex organization.
- Outsourced-environment or similar-role experience is preferred.
- Microsoft Office proficiency, problem-solving, communication, influencing, accuracy, and attention to detail are required.
Preferred certification
- Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
Workplace
- Based at Jealott's Hill Campus for at least three days per week, with support for sites across Europe and occasional support to a global mega site as required.
