Role responsibilities
- Represent Etihad around the world and deliver guest experiences on board.
- Help keep every journey safe.
- Work with a multicultural team and welcome guests from around the world.
- Deliver Etihad's standards of safety and service on every flight.
What Etihad is looking for
- High school graduate, Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Guest-focused, with a commitment to creating exceptional experiences.
- Ambitious, passionate, and excited by a travel lifestyle.
Pay
- Tax-free salary is up to AED 10,000 per month, including additional pay for flight hours and layovers; amount depends on roster.
Benefits
- Relocation support includes 30 days of hotel accommodation on arrival and furnished shared accommodation.
- Transport is provided between accommodation, training, and the airport.
- Benefits include 30 days of annual leave, worldwide medical insurance for the employee and family, annual tickets, and travel discounts.
Career progression
Progression routes include Economy to Business Class from 12 months, Business Class to Cabin Senior from 12 months, and Cabin Senior to Cabin Manager from 24 months.
Progression timelines depend on individual performance and business needs.
