Work with a multicultural team to welcome guests, deliver service, and help keep every journey safe.
What Etihad is looking for
- High school graduate (Grade 12 or equivalent).
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Guest-focused, ambitious, passionate, and excited by a travel lifestyle.
Pay
- Tax-free salary of up to AED 10,000 per month, including additional pay for flight hours and layovers, depending on roster.
Relocation and benefits
- Relocation support includes 30 days of hotel accommodation on arrival and furnished shared accommodation.
- Transport is provided between accommodation, training, and the airport.
- Benefits include 30 days of annual leave, worldwide medical insurance for the employee and family, and annual tickets and travel discounts.
Career progression
- Progression opportunities include Economy to Business Class from 12 months, Business Class to Cabin Senior from 12 months, and Cabin Senior to Cabin Manager from 24 months.
- Progression timelines depend on individual performance and business needs.
