Business Support Executive
About This Role
Role Summary
Manage the full sales support cycle from inquiry to project completion. Coordinate between client, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution and timely closure.
Key Responsibilities
* Record and track all incoming inquiries
* Understand client requirements and gather details
* Arrange site surveys with internal team
* Prepare and submit quotations
* Follow up with clients until decision
* Share confirmed orders with execution team
* Coordinate with client and execution team during project
* Support invoicing and follow up for final payment
Supplier Coordination
* Request and review supplier quotations
* Prepare and issue purchase orders
* Follow up on delivery and completion
Reporting and Documentation
* Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, and orders
* Submit progress and completion reports to clients
Sales Pipeline and Reporting
* Maintain and update sales pipeline
* Track status, value, and expected closing
* Prepare weekly report for management
* Highlight key opportunities and risks
General Duties
* Ensure clear communication with all stakeholders
* Support daily operations as required
* Perform other tasks assigned by management
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
