Your Role
The role provides comprehensive administrative and commercial support to the Business Unit and Sales Team, ensuring high-quality customer service, efficient internal coordination, and accurate management of commercial data and processes. The position acts as a key interface between customers, sales, and internal departments, contributing to smooth business operations and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work proactively, independently, and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good analytical skills to support reporting, sales statistics, and forecasting activities
Technical Requirements
- Experience working with ERP systems, order management tools, pricing systems, and CRM or project management systems
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Comfortable handling data accuracy across systems and databases

About You
You have experience in sales support, customer service, or commercial coordination, ideally within a B2B or multinational environment.
You are comfortable working with CRM and ERP systems (SAP preferred) and handling data, reports, and daily operational tasks with an analytical and business-oriented mindset. Experience or interest in supply chain and logistics is a plus.
You enjoy working autonomously, take initiative, and bring a proactive, positive, and collaborative attitude to the team.
Fluency in French is required, ideally with exposure to Africa/Maghreb markets; Arabic is a plus, and English is needed for a global working environment.
You will join a small international team, reporting to Business Support team lead, supporting business activities across Magreb and French Speaking Africa Countries, Middle East and East and West Africa, colleagues based in Dubai, Egypt and Germany.
