Job Title: Operations & Business Support Executive

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Company :

We are a UAE-based business operating across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, working with high-profile corporate and government-related entities. The company is involved in premium automotive and VIP mobility solutions, requiring strong coordination, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations & Business Support Executive. This is a multi-functional role combining operations, client coordination, administration, and business support. The ideal candidate must be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients and partners
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, updates, and coordination
  • Track ongoing tasks, projects, and deadlines
  • Coordinate between stakeholders across UAE and Saudi Arabia • Draft professional emails, proposals, and basic reports
  • Organise and maintain documents, contracts, and records
  • Support invoicing, quotations, and administrative tasks
  • Conduct basic research and assist with business development activities
  • Manage calendar, meetings, and scheduling for the Director
  • Take meeting notes and follow up on action points

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or similar)
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (operations, admin, coordination, or similar roles) • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred (Not Mandatory) • UAE/GCC work experience
  • Arabic language skills
  • Experience working with corporate or government clients Ideal Candidate
  • Early-career professional looking to grow
  • Reliable and takes ownership of tasks
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Comfortable working directly with senior management
  • Able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently

Important Note: This is not a basic admin role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, takes initiative, and can support both operations and business activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
