- Generate new leads for business setup, PRO services, visa services, and corporate services
- Contact potential clients through phone, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct meetings
- Meet business owners, investors, managers, HR/admin teams, and company representatives
- Explain Plus UAE services professionally and identify client requirements
- Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and service offers
- Follow up with prospects until conversion
- Maintain proper lead records, follow up status, and sales pipeline
- Coordinate with operations, documentation, PRO, accounts, and management teams
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed clients to the operations team
- Follow up for payments, invoices, and client approvals where required
- Identify repeat business opportunities from existing clients
- Promote Plus UAE Connect portal to Abu Dhabi companies and convert portal users into service clients
Requirements
- Sales experience in UAE
- Experience in business setup, PRO services, corporate services, visa services, or related sectors preferred
- Strong communication and follow up skills
- Ability to meet clients and close deals
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi / UAE business environment
- Confidence to speak with business owners and decision makers
- Target oriented working style
- Good English communication skills
- Basic CRM / Excel reporting knowledge
- UAE driving license preferred

Job Description
- Plus UAE Group is hiring a Business Setup & PRO Services Sales Executive for our Abu Dhabi office.
- The role is focused on generating new business, handling client enquiries, following up leads, converting prospects into paid clients, and promoting Plus UAE’s corporate services to business owners, investors, companies, and entrepreneurs in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE.
- We are looking for a confident and result oriented sales professional who can bring leads, attend client meetings, explain services clearly, prepare proposals, follow up continuously, and close business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads for business setup, PRO services, visa services, and corporate services.
- Contact potential clients through phone, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct meetings.
- Meet business owners, investors, managers, HR/admin teams, and company representatives.
- Explain Plus UAE services professionally and identify client requirements.
