Job Summary
Plus UAE is looking for a **reliable and detail-oriented General Accountant** to manage day-to-day accounting operations, including **receivables, client coordination, and financial records**.
The ideal candidate should have **strong UAE accounting experience**, be comfortable dealing with clients, and have hands-on knowledge of **Zoho Books or similar ERP systems**.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain **day-to-day accounting records** (AP, AR, GL)
- Manage **Accounts Receivable (collections & follow-ups)**
- Prepare and issue **invoices, receipts, and client statements**
- Reconcile **bank accounts, ledgers, and financial transactions**
- Handle **client communication** related to billing and payments
- Ensure proper documentation for **VAT compliance and filing support**
- Track **expenses, income, and cash flow**
- Coordinate with internal teams for **billing accuracy and project accounts**
- Assist in **monthly financial reports and audits**
Requirements
- Minimum **2–4 years of accounting experience** (UAE preferred)
- Strong knowledge of **Accounts Receivable & General Accounting**
- Experience with **Zoho Books / ERP accounting systems**
- Good understanding of **UAE VAT regulations**
- Excellent **communication skills (client-facing role)**
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
- Experience in **Business Setup / PRO Services / Service Industry**
- Ability to handle **multiple clients/accounts simultaneously**
- Familiarity with **financial reporting and reconciliation processes**
Eligibility
- Must be currently in the UAE
- **Relative / spouse sponsorship preferred**
- Immediate joiners preferred
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
