Business Setup Consultant - Abudhabi

Role overview

Sales and client advisory

• Handle business setup and corporate-service enquiries; assess client activity, ownership, visa, and operational requirements.
• Recommend suitable UAE business-establishment options and explain licensing, government procedures, and related services.
• Prepare and coordinate quotations and proposals; conduct client meetings, calls, and online consultations.
• Generate leads through outbound sales and referrals, and follow up leads and quotations through closure.
• Build client relationships, cross-sell corporate and compliance services, and maintain CRM records and follow-up schedules.
• Coordinate confirmed cases with Operations, ensure sales-to-operations handover, and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain knowledge of UAE business and government procedures.

Candidate requirements

• One to five years of UAE Business Setup, Corporate Services, or PRO Services sales experience is preferred; Abu Dhabi market experience is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to convert leads into paying clients and comfort with outbound prospecting and sales targets.
• Good understanding of UAE company formation and corporate services.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills; Hindi or Malayalam and Arabic are advantageous.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills, good CRM and computer skills, and professional client-handling ability.
• A UAE driving licence is an advantage.

• Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
