Role Description
The Business Setup Advisor – Russian Speaker is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role involves advising clients on company formation, licensing, and regulatory requirements in the UAE, with a focus on Russian-speaking clients.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting consultations, assessing client needs, preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with government and free zone authorities, and ensuring timely completion of setup procedures.
The advisor will maintain accurate records, provide clear communication on processes and costs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service.
The role also includes staying updated on relevant laws and regulations, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and supporting business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess client requirements, review documentation, and interpret UAE business setup regulations.
- Consulting and Management Consulting experience to provide structured, client-focused advice and solutions for business formation.
- Excellent Communication skills, including fluent Russian and strong English, to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Basic to intermediate Finance understanding to explain fees, cost structures, and financial implications of different setup options.
- Previous experience in business setup, corporate services, or government services in the UAE is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of UAE company laws, free zone and mainland regulations, and visa processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, managing multiple cases with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field preferred; relevant certificates in consulting or corporate services are a plus.
