Role Description
The Business Setup Advisor - Russian is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role involves guiding Russian-speaking clients through the process of establishing businesses in the UAE, including advising on legal structures, licensing options, and regulatory requirements.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting consultations, preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with government and regulatory entities, and tracking application statuses to ensure timely completion.
The advisor will collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, maintain accurate records, and provide clear updates to clients.
The role also requires building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, and ensuring all interactions reflect OnTime Group’s standards of professionalism and quality.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs, compare setup options, and interpret regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Management Consulting experience to advise clients on optimal business structures and operational strategies.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including fluency in Russian and strong proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess Finance knowledge to explain basic financial implications of different business setup options and support clients with cost-related decisions.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in UAE business setup, corporate services, or government services is highly beneficial.
- Strong client service orientation, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency with standard office software and ability to learn internal systems quickly.
