Role Description

The Business Setup Advisor – Farsi Speaker is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The role involves advising clients on business setup options, legal structures, and licensing requirements within the UAE, with a focus on Farsi-speaking clients.

Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with relevant government and regulatory authorities, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end setup process.

The advisor will provide clear guidance on timelines, costs, and compliance requirements, maintain accurate client records, and follow up on applications to support timely approvals.

The role also requires building strong client relationships, explaining complex procedures in a clear manner, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret regulations, assess client requirements, and recommend suitable business structures.
  • Candidates should possess Consulting and Management Consulting skills to advise clients strategically, present options, and guide decision-making throughout the setup process.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including fluent Farsi and strong English, to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess basic to intermediate Finance understanding to explain fees, costs, and financial implications related to business setup and compliance.
  • Relevant experience in business setup, government services, or corporate services in the UAE is highly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of UAE regulatory and licensing frameworks and familiarity with free zones and mainland company structures is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple client cases, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field is preferred.
