  • Support business reviews, experiments, and improvement initiatives by preparing reports and measuring results.
  • Document analytical work, participate in peer reviews, and apply feedback to improve accuracy and maintainability.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, business with an analytics focus, or related field, or equivalent working experience.
  • Up to 2 years of relevant experience from work, internships, co-ops, academic projects, or comparable applied experience.
  • Foundational SQL skills, including filtering, aggregation, joins, common table expressions, and accuracy checks.
  • Data analysis experience and familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or another visualization tool.
  • Working knowledge of spreadsheets, organized work habits, clear communication, and willingness to collaborate and receive feedback.
  • Interest in fulfillment operations, supply chain processes, and operational systems and metrics.

Bonus experience

  • Experience in fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, retail operations, or another large process-driven network is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with dbt or another governed SQL transformation framework is a bonus.
  • Python or R, operational experiments, forecasting, capacity planning, labor planning, or continuous improvement experience is a bonus.

  • The role is eligible for 401(k) and new-hire and annual equity grants; certain positions may also be eligible for an annual bonus.
