The role supports clients in improving data and processes by gathering, interpreting, and defining business data needs.
The position is part of the Data Science and Analytics job function and supports business intelligence development.
Responsibilities
- Generate reports from multiple sources to identify data trends.
- Review information for accuracy and respond to stakeholder requests.
- Build applications that collect and display customer data.
- Identify opportunities to improve client and company processes.
- Coordinate project implementation with other departments and IT groups.
- Plan and communicate work using an agile framework.
- Build subject-matter expertise in commercial real estate.
- Work independently and with teams as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; a combination of education and experience may be considered instead.
- Up to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Understand project lifecycles, business requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing.
- Lead meetings and present findings to stakeholders.
- Have experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or a similar reporting tool.
- Demonstrate organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
Compensation and benefits
- Minimum salary is $90,000 annually or $43.27 per hour; maximum salary is $105,000 annually or $50.48 per hour.
- A discretionary bonus may be available under the applicable benefits program.
- Benefits include 401(k), dental, health, life, and vision insurance.
